Meet Grace!

Graceful Gainz was born from my own journey of rediscovery. As a competitive gymnast and diver throughout my childhood and high school years, sports were a central part of my life. But when I stepped away from that world, I found myself feeling lost. I gained weight and struggled to find direction—until I found refuge in the gym. Fitness became my outlet and a way to regain control, not just of my body but of my life.

 

Over the years, I've gained invaluable experience in various areas of fitness. From coaching competitive gymnastics to managing a group fitness facility, and working with the geriatric population on strength, stamina, and stability, my passion for fitness has grown stronger. Now, I’m focusing on helping individuals through 1:1 training, both in person and online, with Graceful Gainz.

 

Graceful Gainz was designed to help you become the best version of yourself—through fitness, exercise, and healthy habits. I know life can be busy, and that's why I created a program that works anytime, anywhere. Through our online app, you'll receive personalized 1:1 workouts and nutrition coaching tailored to your specific needs. Whether you’re at home, in the gym, or on the go, you can accomplish your goals and make fitness a part of your everyday life.

 

My personal experience with rheumatoid arthritis fuels my passion. Having been diagnosed at a young age, I understand firsthand how exercise can be the best medicine. Fitness has played a crucial role in managing my autoimmune disease, and I believe in its transformative power for others.

 

When I’m not working, you can find me outdoors with my two dogs, Debo and Rico. We love going on hikes, long walks, and car rides—and of course, they’re a bit spoiled! I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, trying out new restaurants (I’m a foodie at heart!), playing a little pickleball, and hitting the slopes in the winter for some skiing.At Graceful Gainz, we’re here to help you build strength, confidence, and a healthier lifestyle—no matter where you are in your fitness journey. 2019-2022

University of Cincinnati

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Cincinnati, where I gained a deep understanding of the science behind human movement, exercise, and nutrition. My education has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to create effective, evidence-based fitness programs tailored to individual needs, whether the goal is improving strength, mobility, or overall health.

2021

NASM Certified Personal Trainer 

As a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), I specialize in helping clients achieve their fitness goals safely and efficiently. NASM's certification is widely recognized for its focus on functional movement, injury prevention, and client-centered coaching. With this certification, I am able to provide expert guidance and personalized training programs designed to help you succeed, whether you're working out in person or through my online coaching platform.
